Jiko or Boma?

Which one would you pick and why? We are on the DxDP so have the table credits, but we are also a group of 8 with a 5,6, and 1 year old so I haven't really considered many signature dining locations other than CG and CRT.

with kids that young I'd definitely do Boma rather than Jiko. Have you looked at the menu?

Now for an adults only meal I'd choose Jiko hands down. That was our favorite meal last trip! DH loved the filet and I loved the mashed potatoes!

I did check out the menu. I had no idea what most of it was which makes me want to go there! But I'm thinking the kids would do better at Boma like you said.

Going to JIKO Friday for the first time. BOMA has had several of my trips and is great. With children this would be the place.

Boma and Jiko are 2 of my favorites. It is hard to compare them as Boma is a very busy, very popular buffet and Jiko is a quiet sit down. If you like fine dining - you will love Jiko. Everyone I know loves it. The filet over Mac and Cheese is a combo you wouldn't expect to work, yet its fabulous. They also have lots of interesting salads and appetizers. Service is excellent as well. I'm told they have a very extensive wine list too (not a big wine drinker so can't help you there).

Boma is great too. Menu changes from night to night but they always have some of the same items including prime rib, chicken and salmon. Every night they have 4 or 5 different soups which are all excellent. Selections for the kids are the standard chicken fingers, mac and cheese, pasta.

It's a tough choice (food wise)- I think with kids I might stick with Boma though.
