The Swahili Curry Shrimp wasn't an entree so much as an experience. It had a ton of different ingredients in it (shrimp, peas, tomatoes, artichoke hearts, coconut rice, I forget what else) each spiced differently, and so any one ingredient or combination of different ingredients gave a different flavor experience. They were all so very different yet any combination of any number of ingredients tasted beautiful together. It may be the most interesting meal I've ever had in my life.
My husband had the vegetarian dish (seared maize cake over roast vegetables with piquillo pepper sauce) and it was so good he called the manager over to thank her for taking vegetarian dining seriously. (Although if you don't like corn, which I don't, you won't like it.)
He had the creme brulee and I had the Meyer lemon curd and they were both excellent.
