Depends on your mood and needs. I love Jiko for the atmosphere, wine, "classiness" (in park attire as classy as I can - hee hee).

Boma has such hustle and bustle, and dang the food is good. Lots to try, friendly folks, etc. Casual.

Sanaa is calmer and quieter, maybe serene. More of an Indian twist on African food. Feels "sweet" and warm in there. Cozy.

Sorry, I'm not much help since I like them all.

Jiko is my favorite Disney World restaurant, but I think that Sanaa is very good as well.

I'd love to take my husband to Sanna for lunch or dinne one night. He really wanted to stay here for our first trip but due to the location we are going to be staying at the Poly. This is my husband's first trip to WDW. Is there a certain type of table we should request to be able to see the animals?

Is there a recommended way to get to the restaurant if we are staying at the Poly but not renting a car?

I think Jiko has the highest food quality of these restaurants - it's currently in my top three WDW restaurants. Sanaa serves very tame Indian food (but still good for a 1-credit restaurant) and it has good views of the savanna, while Boma is one of the more unique buffets at WDW. But if I had to pick one, I'd definitely pick Jiko.

Boma is a casual, boisterous buffet with African influences.

Sanaa is casual table service, but has a much more relaxed atmosphere with more Indian inspired food.

Jiko is an upscale siganature with African/European food.

I like them all, but I think Sanaa is the best if you want casual. Jiko is amazing if you want a nicer meal.

I am staying at AKL currently. We ate at Sanaa last night and I was very impressed. Especially when you consider the cost. Boma is now up to $37.99 for an adult. I did not notice anything over $20.00 on the Sanaa menu.

Boma is fun to try many things, but with the great prices at Sanaa you can still try many things, spend less money and enjoy the peaceful surroundings.

We ordered 2 appetizer samplers, 2 adult entrees, 1 child meal, 3 drinks and the bill was $93.00 including a 20% tip.

Boma is just not worth it anymore at the current prices.

Jiko is still great, but you will pay a good bit more for it.

Add my vote for Jiko as the best of the three. Great wine there. One note on Sanaa. If you want to see animals make sure your reservation is before it gets dark. We made that mistake the first time, not much to see out the window except black. We definitely enjoyed the food though.

We decided to give Sanaa a try this past May, and are we glad we did!!! It was great.

We were seated at a window for lunch, and were able to see lot's of animals.

This is the one restaurant that each of my family requested for our December trip.

By the way to the above poster: we ate there on our Animal Kingdom day, and took the bus from AK to AKL (very fast trip), then after lunch went back to AK.

Hi, Thanks so much - it's actually a really big help. It's good to get a sense of what they are all like. I think that I'm leaning against Boma because we have a few all you can eats already - Jiko sounds fun and I like the idea of the serenity at Sanaa!!

I've been to all 3 and enjoyed all 3

Jiko is my favorite.

Have only been to Sanaa once and it was for lunch, when it first opened.

One of the Disunplugged podcasts recently included a great review of Sanaa. I'm excited to try it again. It has the best (only) view of the 3 restaurants.
