Jiko and the BBQ chicken flatbread?

Awhile ago I read somewhere on the DIS that there was a new chef at Jiko and that the BBQ chicken flatbread was no longer on the menu. I was SO disappointed because that flatbread is my favorite item at any restaurant at WDW.

I've since found a menu for Jiko from September and the flatbread is on it! Can anyone confirm for me one way or the other if the BBQ chicken flatbread is still available at Jiko? Was it pulled from the menu and brought back due to public outcry at the change? I'm just happy it is back (assuming that it is...)!

We ate at Jiko a week ago...the BBQ flatbread was not on the menu. (There were several changes from the menu that is currently posted on line several places). Sorry But the flatbread that they did have with spiced chicken, four cheeses, bacon, peppadews, arugala and zough was very delicious! My DD14 is a picky eater and she loved it! It was very flavorful and would be a good substitute if you like any of those items. If you like Jiko overall, I wouldn't let that deter you from going~ our dinner there was wonderful!

It was very flavorful and would be a good substitute if you like any of those items. If you like Jiko overall, I wouldn't let that deter you from going~ our dinner there was wonderful!

We love Jiko but my favorite item by far was the bbq chicken flatbread. I'm very disappointed that it isn't on the menu any longer. I'll try the new version, of course, but it has a lot to live up to compared to the one I love.

This was our first time eating at Jiko, so we have nothing to compare it with. I hope you enjoy your dinner there! I would love to stay at AKL again sometime just for the restaurants.
