JFK, Jet Blue and Clear

Does anyone know if you can use the Clear Service when flying Jet Blue out of JFK? It doesn't look like Clear is located in Jet Blue's terminal (Terminal 5). This will be my first time flying out of JFK and my first time using Clear, so I am not at all familiar with either lol. Any help would be appreciated!!
