Right now we have reservations at the JFK Fairfield Inn. I have read many reviews, but none talk about how secure their parking lot is or isn't. We are doing the park and fly package - $309 plus tax! (and all I can do is calculate how many nights at a Disney resort that would pay for...)
If you have stayed there, how was the parking? If you have better suggestions for places to say please let me know. We tried the Ramada last time we flew out of JFK and it was disgusting - I barely slept all night wondering what might crawl on me. At least the Fairfield Inn gets good reviews on Tripadvisor.com.
