JetBlue's Next Extension

I know that Jetblue just opened today for bookings in to January. When will they open the next set of dates that will cover February school vacation week? Would LOVE to be able to fly out of Worcester to Fort Lauderdale for a cruise next February

Probably not for a few months now. Here's the thing.....with only one flight each day, that could be an issue..unless you plan to arrive a few days prior to the cruise. Especially during the winter months. I would be very hesitant to book a flight for a cruise, out of Worcester. I did fly DirectAir to Sanford, but arrived 3 days prior to my cruise...just in case there was an issue. If there had been an issue, I could have hopped in the car and driven down in time for the cruise.
But, they may very possibly add more flights if they find the need..and that would be terrific!! That would mean that the people in the area are taking advantage of having JB here.
And if there were to be an issue, there would be addtl options for other flights.

We would definitely plan to fly down a couple of days early. That is what we had done for our first two February school vacation cruises. This year we used JetBlue out of Boston for the first time and only flew down the night before, due to price. Weather was not great that day and our flight was delayed several times. Decided it was so not worth the stress of not having a few days cushion. We will also be looking at flights on Southwest because we will have a large number of rapid rewards points to use. It will all really depend on prices.

I am a little more confident with flying JetBlue close to a cruise because they have more planes to come to the rescue if need be. But still, you are right that February, which I am waiting for also, will still be dicey out of ORH.
