In the past I've got a credit for the difference in airfare. For example, I purchased airfare through Air Tran one way for $79.00 plus fees then a month later it went down to $59.00 plus fees, I called up mention this to customer service and was given a credit for future trips within a year from the date the airfare was purchased. Does JetBlue do this as well? I purchased airfare through JetBlue sometime ago for our December trip and just saw the fares went down.

Thanks in advance for information you can provide me with :thumbsup2

Yes, they do. I have about $220 in my JB credit account as we speak. You need to have an account set up, then when you see the fares go down, call JB and they will cancel the flight and rebook it at the lower rate. Just be sure to remind them to reissue you your seats. I had one agent almost forget.

Shoot, I just posted nearly the same question. Should have read further down. (I did use search, lol).

My question: is there a fee or charge for this?

There shouldn't be - but last time I did this, the fare went down $20 and I 'only' got $18.50 :teeth:

Thank you! I am calling today.

Thanks a bunch ;) I'm calling today in hopes of getting a $123.00 credit to put towards our summer trip :yay:

THANK YOU!!! I called and successfully got a $60 credit. Every little bit helps, right?

Now if the return flights would just come down...
