JetBlue to temporarily waive change and cancel fees

In light of expected reduced travel, due to CoronaVirus concerns, JetBlue will temporarily waive change and cancel fees on newly-booked travel, per the following:

Make sure to read the fine print. If you cancel, you will not receive a refund but, rather, a credit that's only good for a year.

Jet Blue also doesn't fly anywhere with any sort of travel restrictions. At least currently.

Let's hope things don't spread further and it stays that way.

JetBlue’s temporary policy change is basically the same as Southwest’s everyday policy, with regard to changing/cancelling reservations.

I guess they only care about future bookings and don’t care about us who booked earlier for their upcoming vacations.

Yes, strange. I booked a few weeks ago for next week. People ask if Im nervous about the vacation. No! Im nervous abut the flight! Germs have no escape. Seriously contemplating wearing a mask.

while we have airfare for our June trip to take our grandkids to WDW, we also have a trip in April and plan to drive now. I guess time will tell over the next few months.
