Jetblue question

DH, DD (12), DD (8) and I were supposed to fly this Fri to WDW, but because of their fear, DDs will probably not go. This is very sad as this would be their 2nd trip with us, and I pretty much planned everything around them. But, anyway, I spoke to someone at Jetblue last week (did not write her name down) who said it would be no problem to cancel ticket with no fee through 10/31. I called back tonite to reconfirm, but not yet sure I wanted to cancel. She said it is not Jetblue's policy to cancel without fee, and I would need to know who I spoke with. This is only 25/ticket, but I know what I was told and feel that this is the last thing I need on top of everything else. Anyone else cancel with Jetblue recently? What was the policy?

the best that I can tell you is to push the issue and seak to a supervisor. but my gut tells me to tell you to take the tripa nd go have fun! we just flew a couple of weeks ago and it was no problem. I feel safer now than before.
