Jetblue Change Flight - Date Restrictions?

Kind of a long story (I was trying to preserve Travel Bank credits before they expired...), but I have a random flight booked on JetBlue for November 20th, but I intend to actually travel at the end of June 2025. All dates for June have finally been released and I've tried to change the flight to the 25th, but when I search through "Change Flight" it will only give me flights up until June 15th to switch to. So, I'm wondering if this is just a JetBlue system glitch, if that batch of flights are just too recently released to switch to, or if there is some kind of statute of limitations of when you can change your flight (is June 25th too far from November 20th??) I can't find any information about date restrictions on the JetBlue website so I was wondering if anyone had any personal experience with this! I could call them but also read that there is a fee to change flights by phone (of course...)

If you go into your travel bank you can see when certain credits expire. They may be possibly only good until June 15th? Just a thought.

If you cancel a flight booked with TB credits, the credits revert to the original expiration date. So I’m thinking your credits must expire June 15th? When did you originally book the flight that earned the TB credit? Credits are only good for 12 months from the date you booked the original flight.

...that really gets my goat Charging $$ to talk to someone....uhhhh.....isn't that their JOB ???

I’ve called before when I was trying to make a change online wasn’t able to. The agent was able to do it & there was no charge. I think a lot of airlines have the same thing… a fee if you just call & do a simple booking. But they don’t charge if you’re calling because of a problem.
