Jet Lag ?

I think I would just echo what everyone else has already said in that we never tend to notice any type of jetlag on the way there.
The kids especially seem to cope with the early mornings better than us grown ups but after a couple of days even they were staying in bed until a reasonable hour (and by that I mean 8-9am - not your type of 'reasonable' Louise :rotfl:)

I know you think youre funny :rotfl2: is it my fault that my body clock is trained to get up just b4 midday ??? Its genetic i tell ya Genetic !!:lmao:

Hi Louise

We usually do MVMCP around day 3 and girls have always been fine:thumbsup2

You can actually get into MK (Providing its not at full capicity) at 4pm. They do two parades so I would recommend you see the 1st one, then theres a Xmas Wishes, and then if the kids are tired buy then, at least you feel as though you havnt missed anything:santa:

The jet lag on the way back I find difficult to handle - getting up for work at 2am US time :rotfl:

Oh yes! I spend the first few days arriving at work and thinking "No wonder I feel so rubbish today - I should be getting my cinnamon roll at MSB on my way out of the MK - to go to sleep at the resort, not sit in my office!"

DRINK WATER

Every year I have suffered with jet lag (i've been 9 times) to make things easy i would'nt drink or eat, so I did'nt have to get up on the plane.

Two weeks ago on the 8 and 1/2 hour flight I drank 4 big bottles of water also started drinking the day before I felt brill we even went out the night we got there, I have never done that before. (had to use the toilet and huge number of times)

So big test the way back did the same (this sat just gone)water water and more water i feel great.
First time ever i have not suffered.

I think we will all give this a go to see if it helps, thanks :goodvibes

No probs in usa with jetlag, for the journey home I buy melatonin tablets from vitamin world to get over the jetlag
