to anyone interested, Jet Blue started selling fares for May and June 2013 today. I bought return flights from BUF to MCO (direct) for $480.00USD for my DD and I in total!

once CS agent at Jet Blue told me that new dates go on sale (usually) 7-9 months ahead of the flight date but it depends on when they can get their schedule confirmed.
