We booked our flights with Jet Blue, they have now dropped $20. each, each way, do they offer a credit like Southwest does ?

Yes. Give them a call. They will verify that the price dropped and issue a credit. My price has dropped 3 times since I've booked therefore I've received 3 credits totaling $408. I'd rather they refund the money but I'll take the credit since we will be booking flights for this coming March.

Double-check that you have the same seats. The credit procedure requires the CSR to actually cancel your tickets and rebook them; usually they remember to rebook your seats as well, but once in a while someone will forget.

As for refunding the/any price drop (not the OP's question), that's not realistic when the fare purchased is nonrefundable. Most airlines would charge at least $150 to do the same thing. JetBlue and Southwest (and AirTran?) charge nothing.
