Jet Blue Schedule

Just giving you all fair warning....when those JB fares come out for Dec..I'm booking mine before I come here and tell you all :teeth: . I don't want any competition from you guys!

I am too waiting for fares for dec. I have been waiting for months. i hope it comes out next week. I am getting impatient.

I just called Jet Blue and the rep said they had previously gotten an email that the new set of flight dates were supposed to be released in mid-March, so she would think it would be any day now. She didn't know what the hold up was, and just said that maybe they were very busy.
I am so tired of waiting!! I can't wait until I can book my flights!!!!

okay...so we are waiting for "any day now"....anyone know what time the schedule extension is usually available? Is it midnight? I know SW is usually around 10 am CST

It was in the Boston Globe last week that there was a deal settled with Logan airport to base many of the employees there. That might have been the delay for setting flights for the northeast. Since that's all finalized, they might be able to figure out what to charge for flights now. I know there was some other deal recently that was either in the process or just closed so I figure that might have contributed to some of the hold up, too.

I can't book for quite some time for my Jan 2007 flight, but I've been watching thing to see what flights look like.

Good luck, you guys!

This waiting had better be worth it. :headache:

I could have booked Delta months ago at $190 round trip but have been holding off so I can experience the wonders of JetBlue.

through AA, but would prefer to fly from JFK, not LGA. If Jetblue is under 200 RT PP, I'll be happy. If the flight prices for one of the slowest travel times in the year comes out over 100 each way, I will be very disappointed. Every other airline has RT for 9/06 under 200 right now.

I was going to wait for JB for my family of five but wanted the peace of mind knowing my trip is all set. I booked AA last week LGA to MCO for $128 rt which came to $156 with taxes and fees. I don’t think JB will be lower than that, at least I hope they won’t be. My flights are 9/29 returning 10/8.

But we live about 10-15 minutes from JFK. It cost us around 80 to have an airport van take the 4 of us and all our luggage to JFK last year. I would think the extra $ it would cost to go LGA would eat into the plane ticket savings. Plus, we have never flown AA...

I need it for Dec. I could book w/Delta for 187.00 pp. but I don't know whats up with them yet. Also I liked the tV's on Song so I am going to wait for JB out of JFK. I could do LGA but its further from me and a pain to get to.

OK, so here's an interesting tidbit: I was messing around on JetBlue's site, as I do three times a day at this point, and I noticed that you could check the flight schedules. :magnify: Now you still can't buy tix after 9/6, but I plugged in my dates in November, and times popped up!

Hmmm, so they have the schedule already, they must be coming out with the fares soon (that's pure speculation on my part of course) :snail: It just seems to be taking forever for them to their Fall fares this year; I understand they were out on 3/23 last year. I imagine they are tinkering with the fares to maximize revenue and passenger usage, and are just not quite ready to lock themselves into these fares quite yet.

As for me, I just want to have my flights set for November, so I'll keep popping over to their site a few times a day. :hyper:

Oooooohhh, I'm going over there now so I'm all ready with my times when the fares open. Thanks :goodvibes

It is actually the "Timetable" that I was able to pull up.

this is the Link

Now they just need to attach prices to them and we'll be on our way!

no matter what dates you put look for. If you search 2008, times will still come up. It looks like this timetable is no indication that flights are being loaded into the system for the last quarter of 2006. I'm still waiting on the edge of my seat, though....

Frann is right. I just tried it. :headache:

Count me in as someone else waiting for Sept flights on JetBlue. Right now through Expedia Delta is going for $280 non stop for the times we want. Come on JB.

Darn, looks like its just the current schedule there. Too bad; I thought we were close.

Well, maybe next week then. :goodvibes

I wrote to JetBlue about the flight schedule.
Here is the response I got.

Re: email received Thursday,03/23/06 6:29 PM, Speak Up 1298633

Dear Jennifer,

Thank you for the email and for requesting information regarding the date our extended JetBlue flight schedule will be published. We recognize that you are anxious to make your future travel plans and regret any inconvenience the wait may be causing. We know you must be very excited to fly out of Portland as soon as possible.

Because we're busy adding new flights, new aircraft and new cities, we've been keeping our schedules short term. We are trying to spare our customers the inconvenience of having the schedules change after they have already purchased their tickets.

As our Marketing and Scheduling Departments work together to coordinate this growth, our schedule date is extended and becomes available for purchase. We are not advised ahead of time a specific release date for the new flight schedule.

We encourage you to stay tuned to jetblue.com for the announcement. When the dates you are looking for are released you may book immediately online, or call us at 1-800-JETBLUE (538-2583) and one of our Reservation crewmembers will be happy to assist you.

Our TrueBlue membership typically receives the first notice of the new schedule. You can join online by clicking on TrueBlue, Flight Gratitude on our website homepage or by clicking:

We look forward to welcoming you onboard JetBlue Airways!

Cheers!
