Jet Blue or SouthWest Airlines?

Ok we live on Long Island NY
Mom lives about 15 min from McCarthur Airport (ISP)-SouthWest Airlines
Were 45 min or more in traffic From KennedyAirport(JFK) OR Laguidia(LGA) -JetBlue

When going to WDW DH & I Fly JetBlue I love Magical Express on my way home & to know my seat & Love the TV

That being said SW is close to mom & a small airport

Prices right now are pretty much the same

Which is easier with a scooter/wheelchair is this an issue with SW as no assigned seats?

ok - i flew SWA last time with my scooter and they were WONDERFUL!!!!! i absolutely love the care they took of my scooter. gate checked it and had it returned to me right at the gate upon landing. i've heard other's have had good experiences, too. plus, you get all the benefits they have with their flexible pricing/no change fees, etc. i vote for them.
