Jet blue no longer sending advance notice email of schedule extensions?

We are True Blue members and have not received these emails consistently for the past year. Last extension email I think sent on 1/25 for fares through late October was just an after the fact notice.

We usually depend on these advance notice emails for school vacation weeks to book ASAP when fares opens. Are other people not getting them any longer? I have made jet blue email a trusted contact in my email account. Jet blue worker says I'm still set up to receive them and that jet blue employees are still getting them.

Is this just a problem with my email or are others having this problem? Maybe alerts from facebook or twitter a work around?

I have not received them either.I am a TrueBlue member and signed up for all their emails which I get regularly but have not gotten the notices about extensions the past year or so. I depend on Disboards .

Wow, bummer. Makes like more difficult for us. Will probably end of flying SW more often. Have others gotten advance notice by social media. It appears as if the Jet Blue employees are still getting these advance emails.
