Hi,

I see on jet blue's site that they only cancel flights the same day of the flight.

However, I am sure earlier this summer I saw a notice on the Jet Blue sight that thet would allow customers to reschedule flights earlier (waive fees) due to an impending storm.

Was I hullucinating, or do they have a history of trying to accomodate people for a storm.:confused3

Jetblue is very good about rebooking. They waivered the fees when Irene cancelled our flights. You have to call them and rebook but we got home one day late which wasn't bad.

All US airlines let you reschedule flights at no charge for major weather events. You just have to wait until they make the decision to cancel flights.
