We're looking at a 7 AM flight home; what time does ME start & can we check our luggage @ hotel? We know Jetblue participates; just not sure we can do it that early in the AM - thanks!

Resort Airline Check-In Desk is open from 5am-1pm, daily. It has nothing to do with Disney Magical Express, it is a separate service.
Your bags need to be checked in 3 hours prior to flight...
You will probably be assigned a 4AM DME bus, so no, you cannot check-in at the RAC desk. You will have to bring your luggage onto the DME bus.

For a 7am flight, you will most likely be given a pick-up time of about 4am!! Early, I know, but it is what it is.
You won't be able to check your bags at that time. As already mentioned, the RAC counter doesn't open until 5am, and your bags have to be all checked no less than 3 hrs. before flight departure..which would be 4am, at the latest....so, that's not going to happen.
