Jet blue flight changed

Just got an email from jet blue saying my flight was changed in dec.. if it was over 2 hour I can get refund etc.
Problem is I can’t seem to find my original booking . I prob gave it somewhere but in JetBlue now it only shows the new time ?
any thoughts on how to get original flt times ?

Check your email, they probably emailed you a receipt /copy of itinerary when you originally booked.

Was hoping to find a way without spending hours on the phone as I’m in a long Stretch of work at the moment , and I’d prefer to know where I stand refund vs travel bank credit before I call ..

I called JetBlue about something yesterday (late afternoon) & was talking with a representative within 20 minutes. I've had to call Jet Blue a few times over the past few days, and noticed that the initial message always says "due to high call volumes you might be on hold for over 60 minutes", but once you get through the options & are actually in the queue to talk to an agent they'll quote you the real approximate wait time, which in my case was "less than 17 minutes".

Ignore the "invitation" to wait & call back if your trip isn't within the next 7 days. Select the option for staying on hold to talk with a representative. It really doesn't take that long.

Btw, on Disboards we are supposed to avoid name-calling. "Lol" doesn't make it okay.

Our JetBlue flight also changed by over 2 hours. My husband called and got a full refund with no problem! We did have our confirmation number. If you call JetBlue, they may just be able to look up your tickets by your name.

Omg in no way was that meant as an insulting name . I would never allow my children to be rude and in no way did I mean it to be rude .. it was a joke . I sincerely apologize if in any way it hurt your feelings ,
I would have simply called JetBlue but they could have told me by flight was at whatever time and I’d have no proof what time it actually was at , because I have no paperwork . I have no clue where my confirmation emails went.
I just kinda wanted to know if I’m eligible for a refund or simply a credit before I called .
 
Do you have your record locator/confirmation number? If so, you can call them, by pass the system, get a real person and they can look it up with that info. Don't have it? Call anyway, explain the problem, they CAN find you in their system....
