Jet Blue checkin

We'll be flying Jet Blue on our return flight (flying SW there). Since we already have seat assignments is it necessary to checkin 24hrs prior or do you just do it at the ME counter at your hotel the day of departure?

If you're using Resort Airline Check-in, don't check in online ahead of time. There's no need (and it might mess up your RAC check-in).
