Hi, we booked our flights some of it using points, the balance with a cc. I was thinking of changing our day to leave from Sat to Sunday. I looked on the jet blue sight, and it says if you booked with points you have to cancel then rebook. They state the points will go back into your account in seconds. I was going to do an on line chat with them, but it was a 45 minute wait, so wondering if anyone here has done this? Can you just rebook 1 leg of your trip? (the return date will remain the same), or do I have to rebook both legs?
Thanks

I haven't done it because I never book round trip anymore. When I'm booking, I keep an eye on the flights and book each one when I think it's dropped to a price I'm willing to pay. So if I have to change my flight down, it doesn't impact my flight back.

Just something to keep in mind for future trips.

Unless you have a reason to book round trip, in which case my comment is just annoying and I apologize.

No it's not annoying! Actually a very good point! I was able to do the chat, all of a sudden it said a 5 minute wait time. I do have to cancel the entire trip, then rebook using my travel bank credit, you can't just rebook the 1 leg. Good to know, I had been watching the prices for the trip down, but now I would have to consider the trip back pricing as well.
At this point, might just leave as is, thank you!

In my experience, I had to cancel and rebook. I no longer book round trip tickets when booking with points for this very reason.
