Jet Blue Changed Times

My flights for December have changed by almost 12 hours! My flight into FLA was supposed to arrive around 10 am and now it is scheduled to arrive at 9:30 PM! Is this normal? There are no other flights that day, can I rebook from another airport? If anyone has any experience with this please let me know. I am going to lose an entire day!

Yes, sometimes flight times change. Find a flight which will work, then call JetBlue to change. Your flight time changed by so much, they should do this at no cost to you.

From what JetBlue told me is their policy is anything over 30 min get you a free change. Not sure if that includes changing airports though. Do not confirm the changes until you talk directly with JetBlue.

You should also get a refund if you want to rebook with another airline.

I am flying to WDW in Nov. I was flying out of Worcester, at 7:30am, and flying home at 1:00 pm. Well, I noticed last week that JB had changed my flight times....flying down at 11:30am and home at 8am!! Ummm, nope, not going to work. So, I called JB and I was able to get the same times as originally, but out of Boston. The rep was very easy to work with. Just call them, but be sure to go and see what alternatives you might have before calling..it's good to know what you want beforehand.
