After JB changing our nonstop to a layover and putting my travel buddy on a different flight altogether , we finally got that squared away last week, sort of. We both paid for checked luggage, which did not get switched over. I have called 4 (Left a call back number with over an hour wait each time) separate times to get it put back on our itineraries. Each time they say it is all taken care of, each time I get an email saying I have to pay for the bag . Customer service is always nice, but please let this be done with. We are flying in May, check your flights frequently!
