Thanks for the link. I emailed my governor. This is such an important law, it's shameful is hasn't been passed in every state. Sexual predators should never get parole, nor should they get these "slap on the wrist" punishments that many already do.

Thats their SPAM filter. You sending from an anon. address? (yahoo, gmail, etc?)

The GOV sites shouldnt be blocking them, but it wouldnt suprise me.
