We will be there next year October 27-November 6th so we will not the the beginning of Jersey week. It doesn’t really concern me that much. I’m planning on bigger crowds for that trip as out previous trips have been mid April to early May or January and we have always lucked out with low to moderate crowds. We wanted to try something different and it was either going to be Halloween week or early December and my family voted on Halloween.

We’re from NJ but never been during Jersey Week. DD and I are going next year. It was between that and August. We chose jersey week for the better weather and xmas decor. We know it’ll be busier but will have a good plan.

Our schools close Election Day plus that Thursday and Friday. The other two days are half days so we are going the whole week.

And ppl from NJ aren’t the only people in the USA who curse and have attitudes. Lol.

We’ve been during Jersey Week several times in the last 7-8 years. This year felt significantly more crowded to us, compared to the same week in past years. The Wine and Dine race weekend, end of F&W, start of MVMCP, and hurricane rescheduling, seemed to sort of all come together to drive up crowds. There were numerous 7-8 level crowds, some 9s, and MK was a 10 on Saturday 11/11.

And ppl from NJ aren’t the only people in the USA who curse and have attitudes. Lol.

Jersey solidarity, mi*vida*loca! We found the overall crowds to be fairly well behaved, lol. The only people we heard using bad language or being super rude, were decidely not from Jersey, based on their accents/dialect!

I was there during Jersey Week this year - having said that, I didn’t know it was a thing until after I booked and I had no flexibility in dates (part of a bigger USA trip, travelling from Australia). I’m also not a Disney regular, so had zero expectations other than expecting WDW to be crowded because it’s a major attraction. We did one night at MVMCP and one full day at AK. Having had no expectations (or fears) about crowd size, we had a splendid time and went with an attitude of “we’re on holidays and going to enjoy it”!
