What are Magical vacation travel's cancellation and payment policies? If Disney were to come out with a better offer would they honor that offer?

Has anyone else seen a discount PIN for that week? Maybe this means there is hope.

We are going November 3-11th and got a room discount PIN in February that we used to book our trip.

Oh that's good to know. I had pretty much given up hope. It wouldnt make or break our trip but it would be nice since for some reason we never get a discount.
