Jerre at DVC in Disneyland

I just wanted to thank our DVC guide, Jerre Wegner. She had to be the most patient and informative person that we could have possibly found to answer our questions as we debated whether we were ready to purchase a membership or not. Jerre never rushed us and gave us absolutely no pressure to buy. We still weren't sure that we were ready at the end of our meeting, so she gave us a ton of material to review and gave us her cell phone number so that we could call her with any questions that may come up (which they did).

In the end, we decided to buy on our final day at the park. I called Jerre and she said that it was her day off, but that she'd come back in to walk my wife and I through the process. She could have easily passed us on to another guide, but she wanted to be sure that we were completely satisfied. Giving up her personal time in order to make sure that we were happy was impressive to say the least. She made the whole process run smooth and it was like dealing with a long lost friend. I highly recommend Jerre for anyone who may be looking to purchase a DVC membership (PM me if you want her contact information).

We are now preparing to head to Disneyland for our first trip as DVC members and you can bet that we'll be stopping by to say hi to Jerre!
