YOU CAN SO DO THIS RUNNING PROGRAM!! Believe me, I have never run before in my life. And the first couple of weeks I was running & breathing like an idiot. But it's amazing how it just kicks in, and you start to really enjoy it!

I did walk/job for abit today..not much, but its something.. i didnt start the program though, i will do that as soon as i get a watch to keep track with...
its beeter than nothing i guess!

Well, im going to completely whine and vent, so feel free just skip over this..i apologize ahead of time, but i just have no one to talk to..

Alyssa is not doing well and things are just getting worse. Her kidneys and liver are shutting down and they are unable to do dialysis or radiation. They are just trying to keep her comfortable. Im just a mess, as is my whole family. I hate being so helpless and everytime the phone rings, i just get a horrible feeling in my stomach.
I just keep praying that something happens and this gets turned around but i know that realistically, that wont happen.

Jen - just catching up.....
I'm so sorry to hear about Alyssa. I've read your entries about her and she really sounds like a sweet person. I hate that she isn't doing good. I know people are gonna say be strong, and hang in there, but i'm tell you it's ok to vent, it's ok to cry, and it's ok to be upset. I know they say time will heal the pain, but this is now, and now hurts.
We're here for you whenever you need us.

We found out this morning that Alyssa has passed away..Ive been home alone today and have been a mess--I knew that it was coming, but that is not making it any easier..i just hate this and hate being so helpless...Thanks for all your prayers

I'm so sorry to see that Alyssa has passed Jen - sorry today was the day I picked to finally be able to make it to some journals and have missed some of this. I will keep you and her family in my thoughts and prayers.

Hi guys-
Since you all were such a big help with listening to me after Alyssa died, i wanted to share a couple of pictures of her with you ...

This is the last day that we saw her...We were laying down watching Toy Story 2...That is my brother with her

She even got up to play air hockey for about 3 minutes at a time

Also, if you go to www.kride.com --her picture is on the front page..This is her horse that she got a few months ago and she LOVED this picture...

ALthough we couldnt go to the funeral, were going to go to massachusetts for the kride...my brother is going to ride in it and her family invited us to stay with them..it will be great to see them!
