Jenny Lynn is the best - hands down.

I'm not going to lie... just getting a direct response from you makes me feel like Rihanna has just replied to me... wow... #FangirlOUT

Haha isn't it the best?? I want one from everyone from the show!

Haha, well clearly I was just kidding and trying to guilt you into a reply... and it worked! :cool1:

But seriously, you're awesome. And you were hilarious during The Trip today. The "blooper" at the end of you jumping trying to grab the chocolate (or whatever was in that bag) was adorable!
Thank you. Tess and I are doing our darndest to be entertaining. Sometimes it works. :rockband:

Yeah, it sure is.
Someone from The DIS Universal replied to a post I posted on FB (the tone in which it was written makes me think it was Craig) and i'll admit, I was rapt! I think Craig is brilliant. Would love to have a drink with the DIS Universal team one day.

And I think if I met Pete, I'd have to refrain from hugging him!!

Walt Disney World is so far from me here in Australia, that this feels like my only real, tangible connection to it. Having only been once, for my honeymoon last year, I don't have much to go off, but I feel like I know so much about it that I feel like I have been a million times.
I'm so desperate to go back, and would kill to work for Disney, or almost as wishful, Dreams Unlimited, but I can't see myself getting back any time soon (I dont have a lot of spare income, we have 2 overseas weddings to attend this year, and the Aussie dollar has dropped to around $0.70USD which makes travel to the USA even harder... Flights run around $2,000AUD per person!!) so I must live through these wonderful people who get to do this for their job... and I can tell JL is grateful for the opportunity, which makes her even more endearing!!

:rotfl:Don't be silly. I'm just a mom that loves Disney like 70% of the rest of the people on these boards. And you are totally cool. If you ever get to Orlando, I hope we get to hang out.

Love when someone names an obscure film. So how about your favorite animated Disney film and/or character?
Hmmm...My favorite Disney animated film is Alice in Wonderland. I'm in love with that story. I may get a tattoo related to it at some point. My favorite character without question is the Cheshire Cat because he is totally whack and yet completely a voice of reason all at the same time.

Holy obscure. Not Condorman? Million Dollar Duck?
Condorman cannot be overlooked. It's awesomeness has to be acknowledged. Unfortunately, I have not seen the Million Dollar Duck. I will have to work my way around to that one.

I'm hoping to make it there for my 30th birthday next October, but funds may not permit. was hoping for 10 nights WDW and 4 nights UOR/IOA (huge Harry Potter Fan right here!!! and I already have 2 tattoos of it, and getting a very large 3rd soon. Get the Alice tatt, you wont regret it!!) but we may have to cut it back to 7-10 nights if I'm lucky... which is clearly not enough time :(
*sigh* if I do make it there, I'd be over the moon to catch up with you! holy crap that would be awesome! lol.

Keep me posted. You know how to get ahold of me on FB. :flower3:

I am thoroughly grateful. I realize that I am very lucky and consider myself fortunate for being able to take the position that I have.
As has been said...you make your own luck. It's not like you just rolled out of bed and fell into this job. You have paid your dues.

Thanks for the interactions! See ya on the Trip! ( well, not see ya, per se, since I will be listening instead of watching...probably on another below zero drive into school...but today I got to use a blow torch in the classroom...which is pretty fun...that was a first. Which reminds me...I need to get some dry ice)

JL said that she gave us a shout out on her Facebook page. Now unless I'm missing something I don't see anything about the boards on her page. The latest thing is her new cover picture, but I'm probably doing something wrong.
No big deal... I was just interested in what she had to say.

Scroll down a bit. It's there. Right before the post about Duck Tales.

I have no doubt that you've worked your butt off to get where you are JL, so don't you discount that for one second!! If I could work out a way to do what you do from over here, you can bet I'd be putting everything I have into it, which I can tell you do day in and day out. Being a parent is hard work, and being a single parent is beyond admirable. My dad raised 3 daughters on his own, and I have so much respect for single parents.

Keep me posted. You know how to get ahold of me on FB. :flower3:
#fangirling You can be sure that I will take you up on that WHEN I get back (I have to stop saying "if" because its not a matter of "if" but "when")

Hey JL, any chance of wording Pete up to hire you an assistant? I'm an accountant but would be happy to make Freshii runs and help the team... maybe a 3 month internship? go on, you know you want to..... :surfweb:

Again thanks so much for taking he time out of your day to answer us and interact. I totally love the Trip its a charming and interesting show.

If you guys maybe can so a segment one day about the different diner shows in Orlando! When you go to the hotels you get bombarded by those advertisements and maybe you Teresa have done some before?

Maybe it's because I'm not friends with her (I don't even really have a FB, I had to create one to sign up for something and never once used it) but I only see a few pictures... I don't even see Duck Tales! No big deal, was just interested in what she had to say about this thread.

Hahaha! I just divorced an accountant, so I do happen to be in need of one. This friendship is growing stronger by the post.
