I just got my food today and have been on hold on the 1 800 number for over 20 minutes! I know which is the breakfast, lunch and dinner BUT I am not getting what I can eat with the meals? My menu says like Breakfast 1 starch, 1 fat, 1 milk (Its not in front of me at the moment) So I just don't know what I am alloted per meal to eat in addition to the Jenny Cuisine. I thought this would be easier than WW just for the convenience factor but I am really confused and frustrated since I am STILL on hold.
I am on the 1200 calorie plan if that helps any.....

LuvPooh~ Have you got any help?? I'm on JC also (1200 cal) My consultant wrote out all my meals, snacks etc.. I don't know what food you have but I can give you my weekly menu if that helps.

I take it you are doing Jenny Direct? Have you gone to jennycraig.com and tried the forums there?

I go to a center and my consultant gives me a weekly menu that lists everything I can eat plus has a list of free foods on the back.

With most breakfast, you are supposed to have 1 cup of milk and a fruit. (I don't really drink milk, so I have low fat string cheese in the afternoon since that's when I am most hungry).

After that it lists an anytime bar. I don't order these anymore, I eat a FF yogurt and take a multi-vitamin.

Then for lunch you have your JC lunch and a salad (on some days the menu plan has the salad with lunch and the other with dinner. I always keep it with lunch and have veggies with dinner).

For the snack in the afternoon it alternates between a JC snack and a fruit. I just have the fruit in the afternoon and save the JC snack for after dinner.

Then with the JC dinner I have veggies. I mostly either cook frozen spinach, or make sauteed spinach with mushrooms. I make it with zero calorie butter spray, garlic and a dash of red wine vinegar.

But check out the Jenny forums, there should be more info there.

Thanks for the help. Yes, I am doing Jenny Direct and you would THINK that they would put a menu to go by, lol....I will go over to the Jenny forums, thanks I didn't know that they had forums.
BTW, how is the plan working for you??

I do Jenny Craig thru the local center. But I know that if you go online to Jennycraig.com under meal planners you can print the 1200 calorie planned meal plan. You have to sign up online to be able to access them. It is free and if you have received your food you should have a client number which I think you need. Hope this helps.
