Hard to say. You can definitely walk over there -whether you wait or not depends on a lot of factor. I’d say most of the time it wouldn’t be an issue, as it holds a decent amount of people.

I walked over on Sunday night, but I didn't stay for Harmonious; I probably left Epcot 5 minutes before it started. Jellyrolls was packed with no tables available, but it got even more full later on that night.
