I've been to Disney more times than I can count but I'm bringing my boyfriend for his first trip after begging him for 8 years! That being said, I want to make sure that he sees Disney can be for adults too. Has anyone been to Jellyrolls? I feel like so much of the Boardwalk is forgotten every trip I take, but it could be a great place for us to spend a night. Have you been there and is it worth the cover charge?
Thanks!

It is one of the best adult nighttime options. Definitely worth the cover.

My daughters and I (age 27 and 21) hit Jellyrolls for the first time this past January - the cover is $10 and then you have to buy your drinks (if you want any). That being said - it isn't cheap - but we had a blast! If you like to sing along or just watch people having a good time you should at least try it - assume a drink will be between $8 and $10 so again, not cheap but we enjoyed it. Going back on our November trip! (at the request of the 21 year old!)

Jellyrolls is a great experience, very fun. Worth the $10 cover. You also have ESPN at the Boardwalk as well as Atlantic City Dance Hall.

At the Poly, there is also Kimono's which is a karaoke bar. :goodvibes

Dsis and I(old ladies) love JR's. We go every trip and almost every night of our vacation. It is well worth the cover charge. You will find people of all age's having a great time. Cast member night is very crowded. We have taken our DD's and our mom(lol) and each of us have had a great time. Dmom in her 70's did complain about how loud it was and left early but otherwise enjoyed herself. I would say you normally would find mostly young people having a great time. Your BF may also like ESPN for lunch or dinner. Susan

Jellyrolls is a lot of fun. I enjoy going there when I can. That being said, I also like wandering World Showcase at Epcot and grabbing drinks from different countries to try. Also, at Hollywood Studios you can stop in Tune Inn Lounge for an adult tasty beverage or Hollywood Backlot for the same. Get them to go and wander around the parks taking in rides. You can always go to Downtown Disney. Its true they don't have Paradise Island anymore, but there are plenty of fun things to do. House of Blues has concerts and the outdoor bar always has a musician playing. The Irish restaurant, Raglan Road, has nightly entertainment. There are other places. I go there with only adults all the time and we have a blast.

@ MyMuse. . .I am sure this is what you meant, but Kimono's is actually at the Swan.

Thanks everyone :) sounds like this one is a winner! EPCOT is my favorite for the "adult" side of things but I imagine we will want to keep the night alive when it closes at 9 pm - so Jellyrolls here we come! :woohoo:

We stay at the BWV just to be walking distance to Jellyrolls. We love it!!
