We were carded...I am almost positive you have to be 21 since it's a bar. They only serve free popcorn. There's no food or menu, sorry.

Wendy is correct. Nobody under 21 will be allowed in Jellyrolls. They usually serve complimentary popcorn with drinks, but recently it's been reported that not even the popcorn is served.

As others have stated, Jellyrolls doesn't allow anyone under 21 to enter.
And there is a $10 cover charge per person, as well.

This place is not owned by Disney, but a third-party operating participant.

That is very good to hear. They better still have popcorn in October. I am sure my tab at the end of the night would not be as high as usual without the popcorn to absorb some of that alcohol.
