Jelly Bean Countdown

I know I have seen it here somewhere but I cannot remember who did it and cant seem to find it again.

It was along the lines of eat a jelly bean each day to countdown until our holiday (I am sure it was worded a lot better than that)

I was wondering if I could ask one of you to make me up one. I cant remember if it needed names, if so the names are

Josie
Jesika
Craig
Luke
Dad
Mum

If not then a generic one that I can use on every ones jar of jellybeans or a link to where it is located.

I think I did these
Mine are done in tag form and attached to a jar of jelly beans with a ribbon.
