Jedi Training Sign up Start times?

I know that often the Hollywood Studios opens 15 minutes early. Do they start signing people up for Jedi Training at this time or do you wait in line until the officially opening time?

The CMs are ready to sign-up the Younglings as soon as the first one arrives at Sounds Dangerous.

For Younglings 4-12. If you were one of the first 15 to sign-up, you could choose the 9:20 session. The other morning sessions are 10:10, 11:00, and 11:50.

4 through 12 includes 12 year-olds. No one 13 or older.

In July 2013, we were there at rope drop, went right to Jedi Training, and we got into the first show at 9:20.

A few days ago, we went to ride Toy Story Midway Mania. Then went over to the Jedi Training. We stood in line for 1/2 hour and got into the 12:50 show later that day.
