Jedi Training Sign up on EMH day (staying off site)

Have friends coming on a weekend end of June--the best day for them to do DHS happens to be on a EMH but they are staying off site. What is the best strategy for registering their little one for Jedi Training? Or will it make that much of a difference to go on a different day?

They only have 3 park days so were going to do MK, DHS, MK.
