Jedi Training on Dream?

Just wondering a few things about the Jedi Training interactive show on the Disney Dream...

First, is it available on all sailings of the Dream? (Not just Star Wars Days at Sea on Fantasy?)
Is it just once a sailing, or does it happen several times?
I thought I read somewhere that it was during an Open House time for the Oceaneer Club?
How hard is it for the kids to be involved? Is there a sign-up in advance?

Trying to decide if we should try to do the show at Hollywood Studios, or wait for our cruise if it may be easier to get in there.

The Millennium Falcon area looks pretty cool! And all 3 boys just saw "The Force Awakens", so should appreciate it.

There is no sign up in advance on the ship. There doesn't seem to be any rhyme or reason how kids are picked. I would personally sign up at Hollywood Studios since you can select the time of day if you are there early enough. It is a more large scale production as well.
