Jedi training academy in the evening?

We're 7 days out from our Disney trip!!

Thinking about trying Jedi training academy for the first time. We're trying the pick the best time, working around our fast passes and dining that we've booked. My 9 year old is on the autism spectrum and gets overheated and then disregulated quite easily, so I'm thinking a mid-day show might not be best. Has anyone ever done the show after sunset? I'm considering the 6:20 show and looks like the sun sets around 5:30. Just curious if there are any benefits to doing the show earlier in the day when it's still bright out.

The night shows are always the best! The energy is great and (I’m not sure if this is still true) when we last went at night, the light sabers lit up!!!! Have fun!
