Good news for southeast FL tonight. Jeanne downgraded to a tropical depression and forecast well east thru Wed,with a chance she may not even exist that long!It would be so wonderful if she would just go away,so us south Floridians could have a bit of worry free time.
It really is very funny how everyone here have become Jr. Meteorologists,everywhere you go all you here is talk of the cone of probability,computer models converging(or not),high pressure ridges,etc. We all need a break!

We just watched the news and like th PP said Jeanne is now a tropical depression, and the latest track shows her way off the east coast of Florida!!!

I am now able to LOL at being a junior meteorologist! It is SO true. I never knew so much about hurricanes in my life. I have now tracked four of them in the past month alone.

Its OVER -- we're going to be clear!!
