jcb here a nice article you will like to read

The really sad thing is that when you read Jason Garcia's article online, the Google ads (the ones I see at least) are for Disney, a doctor who is also a personal injury lawyer and two more ads for personal injury lawyers.

I mean, really, total injury dot com??????

I know it like hurry get your law suit in before they change it.

I'd be leery of any limits to personal injury claims -truth in damages is one thing, but I don't see limits helping any one but the multi-billion dollar companies dishing out 7-figure bonuses each year. ....in my opinion. Put say a 250,000 cap(or a million for that matter) on lawsuits and tell the parent whose child is injured during childbirth because of doctor error that they have a big fat check of 250k coming to cover the expenses incurred during a lifetime -I wouldn't want to be that parent. I'm no lawyer and I'm sure there is more to it than meets the eye but in general it sounds like a bad deal if you ask me. Everyone is for limiting frivolous lawsuits -well, maybe almost everyone.
