Hi! Could someone give me a blow by blow description of this ride? You know, where to sit, where and how many times the shark comes at the boat, etc.
I want to ride it, but need to know what to expect.

Thanks!

I have been on this rides a lot of times, in California and Orlando. I have been on the ride in Orlando before and after the renovation. Don't know why you want to know this, but here goes. I am pretty sure that the left side of the boat, facing front is the best for the Jaws effect. You start off and the guide tells you about the town and where people live. Then you go into the boat house because trouble is reported on the radio and you see a boat capsized. The suspence builds in the boathouse and Jaws attacts the boathouse. You leave and Jaws attacts the boat, at the end Jaws is killed by electric under water cable. The best ride I have ever had was this December. We had always been on the ride in the daylight. We went on at night and it is an intirely different ride, it is great. I don't think I will ever go on this ride anymore unless it is dark. It really does make the ride better.

My recollection is that jaws attacks before the boathouse, cant remember what side. then when you get into the boathouse it attacks, and then after the boathouse by the dock it attacks on your left hand side and a big fire explosion occurs to the point where you really feel the heat. Best place to be if might be scared is the middle. I sat on the right hand side and felt that I missed a lot (so I guess most of the time shark is on left side.)

Bruce attacks the left side of the boat 3 times. He attacks the right side once, in the boathouse. The boathouse, IMO, is easily the scariest scene of the ride, but I'd sit on the right side of the boat unless you really like burning sensations. ;)

Thanks for all the info! I really want to ride this, but wanted to be prepared. I saw the movie when I was around 10, and it's been the scariest movie I've seen to date! It probably didn't help that I lived a block from the beach and swam everyday! :goodvibes I think it took me a good year before I would swim underwater again!

Thanks again!
