Noooo. Not fair! I will be there Feb. 10th for Mardi Gras. I was looking forward to riding it at night. Oh well, I guess I can skip it one time. I will be back a few weeks later anyway.

Cool glad its a refurb and not a tear down, although its one of the weaker rides compared to some, I still like it a lot, plus I like boat rides the best.

man it's taken me 15 years to finally set a trip to go back down and now this...15 years ago i was furious that there was no Jaws ride (i was 9 and Jaws was huge to me) i remember seeing commercials left and right (for Universal Hollywood of course but Universal was all the same to me lol i was a kid!) and always seeing the Jaws ride and couldn't wait to ride it... then i get down there to find out it's not there...and now 15 years later i finally get to go down and ride it...and it will be closed...darn it!!! guess i'll have to plan another trip after this one lol

Well I just hope it opens on schedule. We will be there 2/19 & 2/20 and this is one of my kids favorites.

Oh, rats! And we get there...........January 31st. But off on a slightly different subject - Phamton, is it safe to assume JPRA will be open the first week of February or wouldn't we know by now? I can deal with the closure of anything else but that's the ride that makes or breaks a vacation for me. A half dozen times down that flume and I'm one happy camper. So I've been anxiously watching.........
