January trip

When is a good time to go in Jan. or Feb.? When are the lovebugs around?

We have been at WDW once at the end of Nov. and once at the end of Oct. (never again!!!)

I would like to miss any long weekends of planned events as my daughter doesn't do well in crowds.

i've heard that last week of Jan/first week of feb is one of the quiestest times to visit - but ssshhh don't tell everyone or it'll be packed for my trip!

it gets quiet the 2nd week of jan up to the week of feb with presidents day in it.

You may wish to try the first part of January, right after the holiday crowds end.

We went the week of the marathon (I can't remember which dates, 6th - 12th maybe). We walked on almost every ride (except of House of Innoventions).

We always go in January and the first three weeks (excluding New Years) are generally quite quiet. We've never been the fourth week, but I'd assume that it's the same.

We visited from 1/3 - 1/8 this year and had no troubles walking on to most rides.
