Does anybody know if certain hotels are except from the January special of getting three free nights when you book 4? Do all hotels resorts on Disney apply or it is only certain ones???

While it includes all levels of resorts there are usually only a certain number of rooms per resort set aside for special promotions. So it is possible a resort shows room availability but is not available for the promotion.
