January Segway & Wishes cruise problems

We are going the first week of January.

I have called several times to schedule the Segway tour. I have been told they are not booking yet for January. I said but I'm within the 90 day limit, so what's the problem. Oh, we book the Segway tour a year in advance, there is no 90 day limit. Huh? But we can't book in January because it isn't loaded into the computer yet. Double huh? I'm afraid I will miss out completely making this ressie. I've been told to call back at the end of October or surely by the beginning of November. What?

The same thing for the Wishes Fireworks Cruise. We have 8 for a magical gathering. I've called 5 times now and have been told January isn't loaded into the computer yet. This does follow the 90 day rule, however, we are well within the 90 days.

This is very frustrating. So why isn't January loaded into the computer? If it's so heavy, can I help?

I feel your frustration! ! I'm hoping to book the segway tour for the morning of my DS's 16th b'day - he is bringing a friend and has been wanting to ride a segway since the first day they were on the news !! Just got back today from a week overseas and I was so afraid I'd miss the start of Jan booking - I have my plane tickets, park tickets, rooms reserved - everything in place but this tour - and it's the main reason for the trip! - keeping my fingers crossed that I get to book that special morning - doesn't make much sense to me, either !
