Anyone know when they are typically released?

For better or worse, for awhile now Disney has been in a pattern of releasing park hours on a rolling 180 day basis. These hours are generally base line/bare minimum hours and are very likely to change.

If you’re trying to do some planning, I’d generally look at hours for the same time period in 2017 as a rough (although certainly not perfect) guide.
