January Fireworks

I have been reading and trying to find out info so that I can plan a trip in January or early Feb. and I would love to visit DL this time for a new experience. DH & I LOVE Fireworks. I have found that in the low season the shows are less frequent and usually only on weekends. I saw the schedule for last January and it showed that there was NO Fantasmic for the entire last 1/2 of January. (The first 1/2 February wasn't shown at all). Does anyone know if this is the norm or was it something different for last year? Also, is there fireworks over the castle on weekends? I'm not sure what the name is for it in DL (Wishes?). I know things can change from year to year but I am just wondering if it is a "for sure" that we won't have fireworks if we choose to go in January/early Feb. Thanks!

You may be interested in calling Disney's Guest Services to find out what you need to know, and you can also email them as well, at Disneyland.
I had noticed that on the Oct. schedule there are no fireworks, not for the dates that I was looking at anyway. It may very will be like that in Jan. as well, or perhaps only on the weekend, or on a holiday, there will be fireworks.

I really wish they'd get the entertainment schedule and hours up for January. We're going January 21st - 26th.

I will tell you in our 4 trips to DL in the past 3years, we have still not seen the fireworks. e go in November and January and we have been told the Santa Anna winds have kept them from happening. We have another trip planned for this November and hope to be able to see them
