As usual, commit to as many or as few minutes as you wish for the month, then come back here periodically to update your progress....ie. post "I'm at 346/750 minutes so far" then I will be on to update the list in the first post.

I will be on sporadically for a couple of weeks due to computer issues, but don't let that keep you from MOVING!!! I will eventually get this updated!

Well, I'm just getting my butt back in gear for the first time in a long time so I'm going to ease back into it slowly at first. So please sign me up for 500 minutes this month. Thanks! :)

30x5x4=600 right?!?

I can commit to the week days but DH and the kids monopolize my time on the weekends.
I can go over though right, if I can squeeze in some extra time?
 
It's time to get up and moving once again! I need a challenge behind me to do just that, I think. I want to try and be reasonable the first time out of the gate in awhile, though, so I'm in for 600 minutes!
 
Haven't done one of these challenges in a while but no time like the present to get started again.

Please put me in for 1000 minutes for the month. That's the most I've ever tried for so it will definitely give me something to shoot for.

I would like to join. I am just getting back in to working out, so please put me down for 700 minutes. I have 30 minutes in this morning on the Wii Fit Plus, but I plan to do more today, so I will post my final stats this evening.

Update: My total for today is 30/700. I did not get a chance to work out again before going to my Granny's.
 
Did 30 min. on the Wii Fit Plus and 10 minutes+ of the 30-Day Shred, so I'm at 42/750. Every minute counts!
