Sorry this is late posting.....Life has been INSANE (update in my journal) and I haven't been on the computer. But, it's a NEW YEAR and a NEW chance to get in shape & do something for ourselves....so MOVE IT!!!!!!

I'll be online in the morning to start updating this and finish off December.

As usual, commit to as many or as few minutes you WILL exercise this month. ANYTHING you consider exercise counts! Please post here something like "I'm at 21/400" or just 310/1000. That way I don't have to search to add up all your numbers. I will update this periodically....hopefully frequently!

I would love to challenge others to do 1000 minutes of exercise a month that is only 50 minutes a day 5 days a week.

Don't be too impressed! This is based on BodyBugg calculations of moderate activity -- burning 3x resting calories.....very deceptive in the exercise category, but easier for me to track minutes that way.

My goal is 400 minutes for the rest of the month. (Or the time some people had to wait in line for Soarin over the Christmas break. :))
 
Hi just found this thread. I am aiming for 1500 minutes this month and so far in one week I have done 265 which isn't as much as I would like but is a good start.

Joining late... just back from WDW and an 8-night cruise on the Magic. I'm in for 500 for the second 1/2 of the month.
 
After exercising the first 3 days of 2012, I slacked off for almost a week. :(

Jan. 12 - 50 min. cardio
Jan. 13 - 65 min. strength

Ok so I am now up to 685/1500 in two weeks - not bad, hopefully next week will be even better.
 
Off to update. I have had the virus/cold from He!! :eek: DD started it & just after New Years & is still sick. I have had for about 2 weeks and it is getting better, but still NASTY! For about a week breathing/sleeping was non-existent.

I leave for FL Friday - Business with DH in Jacksonville, then he goes home & I go to my DSis for a week. Hopefully I won't blow it, but since we both just restarted WW, I should be fairly safe.

MickeyMagic - 120/500. Sidelined with a sore foot. Doc wants me to rest it for a couple weeks, so there goes my Zumba classes for now. :sad2:
